Die Cholesterin Lüge
Never regret the money I spend on this book. Great Read.
Very enlightening how we are all being manipulated into believing how cholesterol can hurt us.
I learned through this book that lowering cholesterol is more dangerous then good as almost every part of our body requires the essential cholesterol to function the healthy way. The book explains through statistics that low
cholesterol is linked to causing cancer and many more difficulties.
For those who fear high cholesterol this book is a must read. I myself will never be afraid of high cholesterol
and its implications again.
