It (Satan) is that Angel who was proud enough to believe himself God; brave enough to buy his independence at the price of eternal suffering and torture; beautiful enough to have adored himself in full divine light; strong enough to still reign in darkness amidst agony, and to have made himself a throne out of this inextinguishable pyre.
Brother Eliphas Levi
Historie de la Magie
Pages 16-17
One of the most hidden secrets involves the so-called fall of Angels. Satan and his rebellious host will thus prove to have become the direct Saviours and Creators of divine man. Thus Satan, once he ceases to be viewed in the superstitious spirit of the church, grows into the grandiose image. It is Satan who is the God of our planet and the only God. Satan (or Lucifer) represents the Centrifugal Energy of the Universe, this ever-living symbol of self-sacrifice for the intellectual independence of humanity. Sister H.P. Blavatsky

Freemasonry in Israel
Freemasonry is the world's oldest universal fraternity, which believes in the brotherhood of man under the Fatherhood of G-d. Freemasonry strives to achieve moral improvement, family values, civic betterment, freedom of thought, and tolerance. Freemasons around the world volunteer and contribute to medical research, hospitals, homes for the elderly, scholarships, and many other charitable causes. Simply put, Freemasons believe that it is OK to be a good person, and that good persons should encourage each other to become better persons, and then, regardless of economic resources, work together benevolently to help in the community. Based on these strong foundations of morality and conscience, it is not surprising that Freemasonry is the world's largest philanthropic institution, seeking to provide relief for suffering humanity. Freemasonry is a fraternity, absolutely not a secret society. As such, it is open for membership applications and has modes of recognition. Freemasonry is definitely not a religious cult or political group; Freemasons do never discuss religion or politics. Yet, membership strictly requires belief in G-d. Furthermore, Freemasons are expected to be model citizens, faithful followers of their respective religions, and loyal patriots of their respective countries.

Rosicruciana in Canada Revised December 8, 2000 Instituted June 29, 1997 Fraternal Associations, Fraternal Orders and Freemasonry by M.W. Frater Dr. Claude Brodeur IX o , SRIC 1. Introduction 1.1 A Millennium of Change We are now living in a time-warp, the transition from the 2nd to the 3rd Millennium. The 2nd Millennium has been a millennium of profound and incredible change. The earth's population has increased from 263 million to more than five and a half billion, projected to soon become 8.7 billion. In the last thousand years, many lands were discovered and settled by Europeans; North American Nations were constituted; and waves of Asian and African settlers joined Europeans in immigrating to many continents. During the same period the great Cathedrals of Europe were built and rebuilt; present-day Western-type Universities were founded in Europe and thence spread throughout the world; and great European empires were created and destroyed. There are now enormously large incorporated cities spread throughout the world, more than 50 megalopolises in all. 1.2 Scientific and Technological Changes

Did you know that English Freemasonry is organised separately and independently from Scottish and Irish Freemasonry? In the United Kingdom alone, there are three Grand Lodges for English Freemasonry, Irish Freemasonry (both Northern Ireland and the Irish Republic), and Scottish Freemasonry. The organisation which manages Freemasonry in each kingdom is called a Grand Lodge. English masonry (or freemasonry) is administered by the United Grand Lodge of England ( UGLE ). This site contains links to many useful sources of information about Freemasonry: both worldwide and English. It also has copies of official statements by UGLE; and a List of Grand Lodges recognized by UGLE, including all Overseas District Grand Lodges, Inspectorates and unattached Lodges.

    Philalethes Society
esearch has been an important part of Freemasonry since the operative days of the craft. The Regius Poem or Manuscipt or Halliwell Manuscript written about A.D. 1390 is an example. There have been many Research Lodges chartered, especially during this century. There have been, however, few research societies organized throughout the long existence of Freemasonry. Only one has been able to stand the test of time. This one is The Philalethes Society, an international association of Freemasons who seek light and those who have light to impart. It has been shedding light and truth since 1928. From the Preface of Seekers of Truth
by Allen E. Roberts ( see Web Site Dedication
The name of the Society is pronounced "fill a (as in a-bate) lay thees" with the accent on the third syllable lay. It is derived from two Greek words, philos and alethes. It means lover of truth.
