Parents Resources Local Resources Center for Independent living of Northeastern Minnesota Provides Families who have children with disabilities assistance in advocacy. This is a free service for people of all disabilities and ages and their families. Call 262-6675 for help in any disability related area. Graduates from the Leadership Institute of Learning Disabilities Minnesota provide assistance to families of children with learning disabilities when they need help advocating. This is a free service. Local contact Rick Wolff Home Visiting Program - a parent educator will come to your home to provide information and services regarding parenting.
