Marine Biology for the Undergraduate at the University of Washington What are the effects of pollution on marine life? Why are there so many different species of starfish in Puget Sound? Professional marine biologists study many aspects of marine life and consider themselves to be morphologists, physiologists, cell biologist, oceanographers, or ecologists, who work with marine organisms and marine environments. Similarly, undergraduates at the University of Washington study marine biology in a number of degee programs: Botany Cell and Molecular Biology Ecology, Evolution and Conservation Biology ; Fisheries; Oceanography (Biological); and Zoology Explore your options carefully!
