Executive Summary: After an extensive literature search along with comprehensive product demonstrations and evaluations, the LearnLinc synchronous course management tool from Mentergy Ltd seems optimally suited for the North Carolina State University (NCSU)’s varied learning environments. During our product evaluations, we were hopeful of finding a synchronous course management environment that supported the entire suite of computer platforms used for instruction across the NCSU campus. These computer architectures include Windows, Macintosh, Solaris-Unix, and Linux platforms.
