Lebanon's antiquities and ruins have provided not only inspiration for artists but also magnificent backdrops for annual music festivals, most notably the Baalbek International Festival. We have an obligation and most certainly a right to meet and discuss the ideas we all have for building a better and stronger future for our country. SCL is a free and open forum in virtual space; SCL conferences are free and open forums in real space. SCL is a place for the exchange of ideas no matter how big or small; SCL conferences provide opportunities for pulling together of ideas and the resources behind these ideas.
