The building was designed by a local architect, Mr. Richard Cogley, who subsequently received the "National Recognition Award" for his unique design and style of this structure. The building is located at the eastern end of McMorran Boulevard, along the St. Clair River. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with the exception of the Port Huron Police Department which operates on a 24-hour basis and is located on the ground level of the building. Entrance to the M.O.C. during normal business hours is through the first floor main entrance and lobby or through the police department entrance within the parking garage. After hours, it is necessary to gain security clearance at the police information desk next to the ground floor level entrance (access through the parking garage or front steps). Thirty (30) minutes of free parking is available to all visitors in the parking lot located at the north-end of the M.O.C. by activating the parking meter.

The system creates these additional entries automatically. When you enter actual or encumbrance journals, you can enter transaction codes at the batch, header and line level. You cannot delete or change your transaction code once you save your work. Rather, you restrict the use of your transaction code by assigning start and end dates. Note that you can delete or modify the transaction pairs associated with a code. You can use transaction codes across your sets of books that share the same chart of accounts. Prerequisites Define your set of books. Set the Enable Transaction Code profile option for your set of books. To define transaction codes: 1. Navigate to the Government Transaction Codes window. 2. Enter the name of your government transaction Code Optionally enter the Start and End Dates for which you want this government transaction code to be enabled. 3.
