Mr. Schumacher is responsible for managing a wide number of programs of great importance to this committee including the activities of the Farm Service Agency, the Risk Management Agency, the General Sales Manager, and the Foreign Agricultural Service. In addition, we also have with us Mr. Len Rogers who is in charge of the International Food Aid Programs at the Agency for International Development. Mr. Rogers manages about $870 million in P.L. 480 title II and III programs, which are under the jurisdiction of this subcommittee.
