If you are thinking about a large university, a small liberal arts college, a specialized college, a community college, a career or technical college or a trade school, you can find them all here. College Opportunities On-Line is brought to you by the National Center for Education Statistics in the U.S. Department of Education. NCES was authorized by Congress in 1998 to help college students, future students, and their parents understand the differences between colleges and how much it costs to attend college. College Opportunities On-Line helps you find out about a specific college or set of colleges, if you have some in mind. You can name the colleges and obtain information about them. If you are not sure what colleges might be of interest, IPEDS COOL has the tools to help you search for a college. You can search for a college based on its location, program, or degree offerings either alone or in combination. The more criteria you specify, the smaller the number of colleges that will fit your criteria. Once you've found some colleges of interest, you can obtain important and understandable information on all of them. Once you have determined the colleges that meet your interests, we urge you to obtain more information about them by visiting their web sites, writing for more information, or visiting the schools of your choice.

REQUESTS FOR GRANT PROPOSALS
Home
The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs maintains a list of open Requests For Grant Proposals (RFGPs) and accompanying solicitation documents. Bureau RFGPs are published, normally on Thursdays, in the Federal Register. The following list does not replace the Federal Register as the most up-to-date source for Bureau RFGPs, but is an additional source of information about any RFGP. Grant proposals deemed technically eligible upon receipt by the Bureau undergo an internal review process, including partial panel review by Agency staff who represent both substantive and international geographical perspectives. Once the internal review process is complete, all approved grant packages undergo Congressional notification, and are then forwarded to the Grants Division of the Executive Office. The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs provides funding opportunites for academic and non-profit institutions seeking exchanges and training grants. ABOUT US The Department of Religious Education is ambitiously pursuing the advancement of an educational agenda that will coincide with the three major objectives described by His Eminence Archbishop Demetrios in his keynote address at the 34th Clergy-Laity Congress, namely: (a) faith as worship and prayer, (b) faith as love and philanthropy, and (c) faith as truth. MISSION The purpose of the Department of Religious Education (DRE) is to serve the parishes and dioceses of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America by providing materials and services that will advance their programs of religious education. The Department also serves individuals, organizations, military bases, ecumenical groups, and overseas parishes with catechetical resources that advance the spiritual admonition to Grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18).
