Army's Chemical Biological Applications and Risk Reduction Business Unit (CBARR) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, is actively involved in Chemical Warfare Materiel (CWM) air monitoring and sample analysis for a variety of missions. These include CWM investigations, remediation of chemical disposal sites, and environmental assessments. To enhance CBARR's ability to accomplish these tasks, the organization is continually examining and evaluating new technologies in this arena. The instrument of interest for this study was the TravelIR by Sensir, Inc. It is a lightweight, portable, closed cell Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) Spectrometer designed to measure and collect radiation in the midinfrared band. Infrared detection is performed with a DTGS detector that operates at room temperature. The gas cell used has a 2.4-m path length, L. neuro textbook
Got the book used. It was shipped on time, but it wasn't in good condition. Lots of wear and tear on the cover, tons of unreadable scribbling, doodling, uneven highlighting everywhere. Regarding content, I don't understand why they put an appendix of brain structure in the middle of the book instead of in the back where all the references should be.

Review of Bear's Neuroscience
The textbook makes an excellence use of multimedia and in-text graphics. This is a very visual textbook, which aids in the student's ability to understand the concepts discussed. The content isn't precisely specific, but there is enough scientific content to satisfy those interested in the physiology of the brain.
