The Living Principal: Looking and Feeling Your Best At Ever
I enjoyed reading this book.She had many rich and valueable words of encouragement to say concerning the beauty and value of a woman who has reached the years of 40 and beyond.She talks of the inner beauty that we have and how to tap into this to cause the outer appearances to glow with contentment and peace.She also addresses the outer appearances as well.She explains the care of our skin, hair, body in general as we mature.Victoria tells us with good care of the body, spirit and mind the body will age much more graciously.I found her words intellegent and down to earth.I read her book within days and have already passed it onto a dear friend who also asks many of the same questions the book tries to answer. One chapter, written by her husband who is a Dr., covers all the questions we have about plastic surgery.That was informative.

Living Life to the Fullest
Victoria's book is a great read.Truly inspiring for all ages, from taking care of yourself from the inside/out to the best beauty tips and showing us how important the mind & body connection is.Great diets, numerous recipes, skin care, dental care, hair care, and exercise, to an indepth guide on plastic surgery, vitamins, hormones and connecting to our inner self. great body shaping tips!

I used the isometric exercises in this book after having my first child in the 80s and my second in the 90s.Easy exercises target almost every problem area without alot of jumping around.Great moves to add to any exercise routine if you want a really nice figure.Had to repurchase because my friend I lent it to can't find it,but oh well it's a good price :)Victoria needs to update this book and republish it or turn it to DVD ... Healthy, Delicious Recipes for Life
I am delighted to see this book still available for purchase. I got mine about 25 years ago (give or take) and it was falling apart from use before I misplaced it. A guide to recipes created to give the body what we need to be healthy, it still holds strong in light of new vitamin and mineral discoveries made in the last few years. Now that I have discovered I have Type II Diabetes (too many years of self-indulgence; I should never have stopped using this book), I have dug out my beloved copy and am making Broiled, Marinated Chicken which I remember fondly (I never liked chicken before!)There is also a Baked Cod Stew that I will be revisiting as it was a big hit in my house many years ago and will hit the spot again. I highly recommend that you try the recipes in this book - they are timeless and excellent!

I'll review this since their hasnt been a review and I remember that I had wanted there to be one when I bought it. Umm...thisis a good diet book. There are two diets a 30 day one and a bikini one..and then a sample eating plan. there are several pics of the food and there are a lot of really great recipes...chicken tarragon, guacmole made of green beans, and others.
