I don't like Mary-Kate and Ashley stuff.I don't agree with everything.Everything is so mushy-gushy.I encourage you not to buy Mary-Kate and Ashley stuff, instead-buy Hilary Duff stuff!

Another bland MKA story...
This is Sweet 16 "Keeping Secrets," ...I think there books and movies are "soggy mush."
This book ...isn't good, however it's not the mushiest piece of junk the Olsens have ever done.
This book is about a site that is called "Beauty or Beast" where the site rates the people beauty or beast. They also post comments on what they think of the person. The girls think it's cruel, and yeah, on one hand it is, making "unanymous" comments about people.
Anyway, MK started a campaign against the site, and she looks at her rating. It's a 4.8. However it goes down as MK starts being more "wild" and wearing 8-year-old tops as crop tops! It's obv. her rating goes down...
And someone's spreading rumours on Beauty or Beast, that Ashley's b. friend Aaron is dating someone else!
Now MK & A and there best mates Brittany and Lauren are going to shut down beauty or beast, no matter what the consequences are!

So that's the plot. But to be totally honest, this book is very boring to me, a rock-chick who rules by "Emily Strange" and "Ryoko" from Tenchi Universe. I ain't fallin' for the trap these twins set up for me, of being a teenage bubblegum Barbie Doll, I am no way gonna be one of those divas.

The characters are fictional, but if these two characters in the book replaced MKA, maybe the world would be a better place. Not that I care of what MKA get up to, that's not my choice.Look, just be yourself and ... what anyone else thinks." >I am no way dissing MKA, but I hate the stories and movies they do. ...

This book is a bit more down-to-earth then maybe some of the other Sweet-16 books, ... I really want a story that can relate to real life, ...frankly, I couldn't give a ... on what you do in your ... lives. It's up 2 you.

A great book!
Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are teenagers now and off to Paris, the City of Light, to flim the new movie Passport to Paris. The girls have a great time shopping, eating snails!, and riding on montorbikes with two handsome french boys. They each talk about how pretty Paris is and they have a great time there. This a great inside scoop of the hit movie.

I was very dissapointed. :(
I got this book from the library and let's just say I'm very glad I didn't pay for it. The plot is that Ashley likes this boy named Pokey Valentine (yes that is his real name! And BTW: he's sister's named Prancer!). So when they get assigned partner's in history class, Ashley desperately wants her partner to be Pokey. Unfortunately Mary-Kate gets Pokey, and Ashley gets a boy she doesn't really care for. Ashley pays Mary-Kate to trade partners. But later Pokey asks Mary-Kate if she can come over to his house and play basketball and "stuff". Mary-Kate figures the "stuff" meant he was asking her out on a date, and she doesn't know how she'll tell Ashley. But when she asks him what he meant, he sheepishly explains that he knew she was good at basketball and he wanted her to coach him on several things he wasn't too good at! Also, Carrie likes a boy in her class at the college Kevin teaches at and they get into some fights because Kevin doesn't like him. It sounds somewhat interesting, but aside frome it being funny when Pokey lists everything in basketball he's not very good at (and his name!), it's really a very boring book. The other Two of A Kind books are MUCH, MUCH better and I would reccomend getting another one of the books instead of wasting your time reading this one.

Pretty good, but the movie is better!
I thought the book was pretty good. It came with cool pictures but they left out some parts in the movie. Then they added some parts that didn't exactly fit. It wasn't that good. :(
I think that the stories are better when they are about them being in boarding school. (Except for Two's a Crowd which I LOVE!)And the things that happen between Carrie and Kevin are a BIG YAWN! The most exciting parts of the book is the first chapter and the chapter were Ashley's party first starts. Once they start playing Truth or Dare, everything gets corny and I think the ending was boring. Although it wasn't just awful you might finding yourself nodding off before you finish it.

Never Been Kissed

An OK book!! (A reader who is 13 years old)
Hey! The reason I got this book was because I am a collector and I wanted to fulfill my collection. I personally liked reading this book, but my cousin, who is eight years old did not. She said it was boring, so I agreed with her to be the same!! But, I think I did like it though. It was an ok book. I think I liked Likes Me, Likes Me Not the best!! :) That was good. I have 31 books!! It's awesome to be a collector! If you are a true fan of Mary-Kate and Ashley, then collect their books!!

It could be better.
I think this was an OK book. It isn't the best book in the world. I think it could do better, but if you're a sports fan and like Mary-Kate and Ashley then this is a good book for you.It's a little boring, but it has a little excitement. If you are interested in this book go to your library or here at Amazon.com.

Believe or not....
I don't think this book was as good as the others in the two of a kind series. This one was kind of boring, and not as exciting as the other ones. I think you should buy it if you like the series. I'm not saying it's bad, but it's just not the best one.

Great Book!
Poor Mary-Kate! She joined all the winter carnival sports just to compete with a guy! She shouldn't have done that. In the end, she couldn't compete in any if the sports because she was suspected of stealing a goat! She didn't get kicked out of the winter carnival, though. Turned out that it was some guys from Harrington who did it to her. Ended up only doing one sport. This book is good, but there could have been some inprovements though. I recommend this book to all Mary-Kate and Ashley Fans!

The best!!!!
I loved this book! I love all the mkao books and videos!! But, I wish they would have kept two of a kind on longer. Anyway, this book was good, it shows just what the charectars of mkao are like in this series. But, they say they're like 12 yrs old and they have boy friends already?? C'mon, just give em they're regular ages, 14! Not 12! I must admit, I was pretty bored, with them being in regular school, but then, here comes White Oak Acadamey, and suddenly this is a lot more interesting. Onto next destination, Hawaii!! The twins in bikinis, Oooh I can't wait. LoL! Or they should make a movie about them going to hawaii!! I would definatley reccomend this book!! ...The girls are on a boarding school summer trip to Hawaii to participate in a summer survival game. If you mess up, you are banished back to the hotel to hang there. Mary-Kate upsets the fire goddess of Hawaii by swimming in her secret spring. So Mary-Kate must find a way to lift the curse that has supposedly been put upon her. Meanwhile, Ashley (who was banished back to the hotel) is working hard to pay back a debt of room service and mini bar charges from a party she threw with her friends (who were also banished) in her hotel room.

This is a very good book. I liked how with the diary, you could tell more about how the twins are feeling in situations. I recomend this for any age...

Great Two of a Kind book!
This book is great. I collect Mary-Kate and Ashley books and I have 15 of their Two of a Kind and I think I liked this one the best! It is a great book. Even though i'm 13 years old, I love reading and they are awesome books! If you have never read their books before, I recommend you do so now!!

I am a huge fan of the olsens and i own this book, but to tell you the truth, its a ripp off! yes, it is more up to date than the official biography but some information is incorrect and a lot of information was forgotten. i recommend buying it used if you really want because the price for this is a little high and if you are a hugh fan like me then i say go for it! this book can be a nice addition to your olsen book collection but if you want a good olsen book, try the sweet 16 books

No Longer R They Little Kids!
Well as you can see that now Mary-Kate and Ashley R now a teen. They nolonger r kids. They have grown up infront of the camera with hundreds of loyal fans watching them grow up. This book has 8 pics of them inside. It has some info that may surprise u. Its a book for any true Olsen Fan. However they are now known as Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen not the Olsen Twins. They would like to be known as individuals not as 1 person, because they r different in lots of different ways. Such as Ashley is right handed while Mary-Kate is left handed. They are the most recgonizable child star actresses than anyone else. They are the most popular kid actors since Shirley Temple. Well thats what it saids in the book. Well c what u think. MKA-So Little Time-Dating Game
Personally this is one of my fave books in the MKA So Little Time Series, at first I thought it might be alil boring reading about the girls trying to find dates for their parents. But it turned out to be interesting and quite gripping in places; I couldn't put it down and finished the book in one day because I find MKA books so easy but still fun to read! I especially liked it when Riley gets a date with a surfer because, the guy Vance who she really wanted to go to the Save the Seals Benefit Dance with is going to a concert that same night. Yet when she finds out on the day of the dance, that the concert is cancelled; who will she choose to go out with Vance or the cute famous surfer?
Meanwhile I love the romance between the other twin Chloe and her boyfriend Lennon in these books, she really wants him to get the hint and ask her to this dance aswell. In-fact to get Lennon's attention, she even writes an article in the school newspaper encouraging him to ask her out for Saturday night. Yet Lennon who even-through is a very smart guy; seems dumb around girls and so Chloe ends up going alone. Shes really upset until a text message sent that night proves Lennon does like her too; just why didn't he ask her to the dance?
Your gonna have to read the book to find out what, kept Lennon from going out with Chloe that night and which guy Riley chooses to dance with. But it's definately worth it! Especially when the girls work together to set their Dad up with any women from the internet who isn't creepy! Their Mum with the school football coach who seems perfect for her and finally their housekeeper Manuelo as they accompany him to a dating night at the Newstand coffie house to help him find his ideal date for the evening aswell. All whilst still struggling to get dates for themselves too, will they manage to make everyone happy in the end?
Anyway to end off; this book is really good and a fun read especially, if you are a fan of MKA. But still if not, most teenage girls should like it if they enjoy books about girls of their own age who they can relate to and their problems with boys and dating; which I know, most of us do lol! So all and all, its a good book; buy it and see!!! ... Read more
