Unreadable
I tried to read this book with my granddaughter. She complained the whole first couple of pages that it didn't make any sense to her. The writer goes in and out of past, present and future tense. The use of words confused us. The 210 page book in one long paragraph. All conversations are run together. It is very difficult. I think the author printed the book herself and did not have anyone edit it for mistakes.

very disappointing
Having spent more than 30 years in education of young people, I have read literally hundreds of children's books and have never read a book more filled with context, grammar, punctuation and usage errors.Saying it was a disappointment is truly an understatement. I purchased it with the intent of reading it to children ages 5-9, managed to read a little of it aloud (having to correct errors as I read in order to have it make sense) and never let the children read it themselves, as I did not wish for them to see that anyone could publish a book with literally hundreds of errors.

This story book will keep you reading until you have read the whole book.It is a beautifully written book and I would recommend it to anyone, any age, that likes to read about magic and fantasy.

Fabulous
I really enjoyed this book. It is packed with excellent music related material that makes you feel that you're experiencing the time and places as you read about them. I recommend that anyone starting out in the music world or just want some informational reading about all types of music, to read this book and you will get a well rounded education on music.
