Product Description
'Changing limiting beliefs' is a process developed by Rob Kelly (www.robkelly.org) that really enables you to take control of your life.

Whether you want to overcome fears, phobias, depression, anxiety, obsessions, weight-issues or any other symptoms that have a psychological cause, or, you want to make your mind and body as resilient as possible - in order to fight illness and disease, or, you simply want to be happy, then this book is for you.

Create all the health, happiness and success you really want!

Here are some of the reviews for the physical book (exactly the same as the IBook) from Amazon.co.uk:

"I've read a LOT of self help books in my time - they all promise the same thing... do it this way or that way and your life will change...yeah...OK I accept that... This book is different because it doesn't tell me to change my behaviour it gets me to look at my beliefs!! question them! and THEN change my behaviour, based not on what somebody else tells me to do but what I now understand about myself. All of those things that I thought were out of my control are now just silly habits that I have got into that I CAN change and WITHOUT calling myself and idiot and giving myself a hard time for being weak. Well done Rob Kelly! - it just makes so much sense!"
"Stella the Star"

"After spending the last 25 years being overweight, and generally dysfunctional. I was introduced to the system this book describes. Quite simply it helped me to regain control and direction in my life. I'm happy, in control and enjoying my life, now I really have one. Oh and I've lost 5 stone using the techniques described by Rob Kelly. Life changer, simple, achievable. So to anyone wanting to make a sustainable change to their life, do yourself a favour and get this book.".
Wayne Berry

"This book is fantastic. Not only will you start to understand yourself but you will be able to understand others. You will be able to understand how others affect you and why they are what they are. You will be able to turn your life around and start realising all the things you want to do and succeed at.
I started to read this book recently as it was recommended to me by a friend. I immediately clicked with what the author was saying and his presentation is down to earth and understandable. I have been able to turn my life around already and I am no longer feeling depressed about certain aspects of it.
If you really want to change your life and start feeling better about it this is the place to start. I am sure that it will help.
Well done Mr Kelly"
"Mr T"

"From the outset, this book is so well written. It really pulls you in and you therefore believe and have confidence in what Rob Kelly is saying. He is honest, funny and friendly. The knowledge that he has obviously built up over the years (by really working and helping people) is passed over in a very understandable way. There is no jargon, just information, exercises and real-life examples that I have definately benefited from.

It's an easy going read but life-changing... Great value for money!".
Mr Robert Stevenson

"This book really is brilliant, so much so that I have now taken control and responsibility for how I feel and how I react to situations and events in my life.
I am so much happier and it happened so quickly, I just read the book (which is so easy and simple to understand) I did the quizzes and answered the little tests honestly and a penny just dropped with me, it was like an awakening inside of me, a breakthrough, and now my life is worth living again and I am truly happy and contented with being ME...Thank you so much."
David Birch

"This book really will help anyone to change their life, because it helps people to understand that it is their own belief systems which are holding them back in life. Once you recognise this as a belief system and understand that this is actually something you can change, relatively easy, but with effort of course, you literally can do anything you want to do... ... Dreams! Some say they can foretell the future, but in Gaia Jackson’s case they reveal her past. With a strong link to her Native American ancestry, Gaia accepts them without question. They’re simply a part of who she is today. Her job in Washington gives her great satisfaction as she works hard to protect the environment she loves.
Dr. Ned Harper isn’t so comfortable with his dreams, however. Since he arrived in the nation’s capital, he’s been plagued by hotly erotic sleeping journeys into a Native American world that astounds him. As does the beautiful woman he takes to the peak of passion every damn night. Only to find that at the ultimate moment of his dream—she turns into a heron.
When fate sends Gaia tumbling into Ned’s arms, their dreams become much more than vague images in the darkness. But will politics prove an obstacle to passion? There’s only one way to find out—go back to a time when the forests were untouched, when sounds in the sky came from the beating of wings and there were shadows cast on the land by a siege of herons… ... ... Read more

... A tale of murder, betrayal and comeuppance.

King Theodicar of Borgund needed an heir. When his wife, Queen Piacenza, became pregnant, he’d hoped for a boy. His wife, along with her nurse, Salvagia, had other plans. With each cast of the runes, Salvagia’s trusted divination tools yielded the same message: “A girl child must rule or the kingdom will fall to ruin.” As such, the women were convinced that the child would be a girl.

When the queen finally gives birth, the nurse and the king are equally surprised. The king is faced with a terrible choice, and his decision will determine the fate of his kingdom. Will he choose wisely, or will he doom Borgund to ruin? ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars An atmospheric tale of secrets and power lust
Blood Soup takes place in the kingdom of Borgund where Queen Piacenza, painfully heavy with child, obsesses over what her unborn child will need to rule wisely and justly. The Queen commands Salvagia, her nurse and caretaker since childhood, to cast the runes one more time. The outcome is the same: A girl child must rule or the kingdom will fall to ruin. King Theodor, though he loves his wife, will not concede that a daughter may inherit the throne. The extent to which he ensures the tradition of male rule, and the consequences of his acts are the foundation of the story.

I found myself swept along the decades of this well-paced, atmospheric tale, which is divided into three parts that flow seamlessly. Harmon's ability to evoke the sights, sounds and scents of the time and place transported and engaged me. Flaming braziers, musky, floral scents, goose girls and wool doublets all create a palpable sense of Borgundian life.

The Blood Soup of the title is both sustenance and metaphor for the Borgundian royal heir and his power lust. Through the years King Theodor is subjected to the whines and demands of an heir who wants the perks of power without the attendant responsibilities. Theodor must decide whether and how to appease his son. He has advisors whom he trusts, but cannot take into his confidence on this decision (for reasons apparent in the story). At this point in the story, the adage "it's lonely at the top" comes to mind; I felt Theodor's conflicted soul.

The royal heir Prince Almaric's relationships with other members of the royal household--relatives and servants--are clear indicators that he is a brutish lout, who possesses none of the leadership skills of his father. His later treatment of a foreign ambassador brings Borgund to the brink of war.

Over time, family secrets, royal or not, will out. Accusations fly and Almaric confronts his father to find out the truth of his birth, and his right to rule. Theodor must face that long-ago decision that set the events of the story in motion. The colorful threads that cast an intriguing plot tie off neatly in the end.

4-0 out of 5 stars An absorbing novella of sinister high fantasy
Blood Soup is an absorbing novella of sinister high fantasy.

Writing a good novella is no easy task.Authors have to establish characters, location and develop a plot in a very short peroid of time - and to top it all off, they have to make you care. It's no easy feat!Honestly, some authors just can't pull it off.But Kelly Harmon? She can.

Blood Soup starts out bloody and brutal - pretty much framing the tone of the morbidly magical kingdom.I loved the setting, plot and the social commentary.I was also seriously impressed by Harmon's ability to create full 3D characters in the span of only a few sentences.Blood Soup spans decades and half a dozen POVs, but didn't feel rushed. All the joy of a full-length novel in under an hour.

I only wish Blood Soup had been written as a full-length novel!A few of the characters - Fabrizia in particular - I would have loved to have read more about.I will certainly get my hands on whatever work Harmon comes out with next.

4-0 out of 5 stars Filled with fantasy, witchcraft and magic
King Theodicar of Borgund needed an heir to the throne. He was sure his wife, Queen Piacenza, would give birth to a male child. The queen and nurse maid, Salvagia, used casting runes to determine the gender of the child. They were sure it was a female. Pia informed the king that the kingdom would fall unless a female ruled. The king was tired of their witchcraft and proclaimed that a female would never rule over his kingdom. The queen gave birth to twins. The first was a strong daughter. The second was a very weak son. The king declared the son would be the ruler. We follow the life of Theodicar and his son, Amalric, a very spoiled and selfish male child. Can the king rescind his declaration? Who would that leave as an heir?

This book is a fast read. It is filled with fantasy, witchcraft and magic. It took me a bit to get into the plot, but once it grabbed my attention I read it without stopping.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great for a quick fantasy fix.
Salvagia give the feel of magic to the story with her fortune telling bones mixed with blood. When overly pregnant Queen Piacenza asks, again, to cast the bones to answer her question - What will this child need to rule wisely and justly? The bones cast the same answer, over and over again.Piacenza is convinced by the answer she will have a girl child, but King Theodicar wants a boy.A boy is always the one to rule the kingdom, not girls.A boy is born - Amalric, but at a cost...

Blood Soup was a quick read for me with only 79 pages. The story touches on different point of views in Amalric's and Theodicar's lifes, as Amalric grows up and takes the thrown. In these short snippets you see what kind of person Amalric is and did with the crown. And you see how Theodicar rethinks his decisions. Is there any way for King Theodicar to correct his wrong that set his kingdom down the path its on?

I enjoyed this quick read. There was a dark feel to the magic of Blood Soup to me... the blood. I had a moment of getting use to the transition of Amalric suddenly being older, as I didn't know what to expect while reading when I started the book. This is a great start for Kelly.I am looking forward to reading novels by her in the future.

4-0 out of 5 stars Quick and Pleasurable
Imagine you're a King and need an heir.Which sex would you choose and why?King Theodicar insists upon a male to inherit the throne, yet his wife, heavy with child, is convinced that only a girl child can save the kingdom from ruin. Her nurse throws the "runes" many times, and each ends with the prediction thatthe birth will produce a daughter.

How would you feel giving birth in an arena of onlookers, there to validate the authencity of the child? When the Queen is near death, nurse Salvagia requests the room be empty of all but the King so she can successfully save the babe who is breech. Imagine the duo's surprise when twins are delivered from the mother's dead body. One is weaker than the other, which would you save?

Blood Soup is a quick read that leaves you wanting more pages to turn. But, there is plenty packed into this short story. Will the King regret his decision? What of the nurse the King believes to be a witch? What role exactly does blood soup play in the story? And do people really eat that stuff?

The author writes with great descriptions and makes you wince at the pain and pucker at the thought of tasting blood, but often the reader may feel lost--not knowing how much time has passed until you've worked your way into the chapter and surmised the heir is now twenty when yesterday the child was but a toddler. So much more could have been expanded on to make this an even more compelling read, but despite the nitpicking complaint, I can't imagine anyone not enjoying this story.Kelly A. Harmonis gifted with the ability to reel the reader in and hook them until the end, and this is one read that you'll probably wish had been a full-length novel.

5-0 out of 5 stars Beautifully written
"Guava Dreams" is a fictional memoir or, as the author writes, "A Memoir, Mostly True".I questioned what was truth and what was fiction. The setting is the 1940`s and 1950`s.

In 1946, at the close of WWII, George O'Neill moved his family from New Jersey to Florida to start over. On the outskirts of Miami in a little town called Uleta, they parked their trailer and began life anew. George built their new home. Louise O'Neill , five years old and the middle child, narrates her story as she looks back on her life. They lived in a town where different cultures clashed. Circus performers, to vagabonds, gypsies and Indians abound. Louise was from a dysfunctional family. Her father worked hard, her mother had problems that she tried to keep hidden. Louise had two brothers, the oldest was headed for a life of trouble making and the younger needed to grow up. Louise wandered around the area and met an assortment of different people, mostly circus performers and became friends with most of them.At times, she wondered about her own life as she closed herself off in dreams. We follow along beside her as she finds happiness and sorrow, enters the world of rock and roll, television and sex. She came to understand her mother as she learned more about her past.

I grew up in the same generation and was a middle child. I believe this helped me relate to the author`s story. This is such a fascinating read. The reader journeys through the childhood of a young girl. We see her fears, her joys, and her sorrows growing up in an time that is now lost, except for those of us who are old enough to remember. Beautifully written.

5-0 out of 5 stars GUAVA DREAMS
This is a MUST READ for anyone who grew up in North Miami Beach, Florida. If you ever heard of Uleta, you know exactly where I am speaking of.Order it today

5-0 out of 5 stars A Great Read - Atlanta
This is a fascinating and colorful fictional memoir of a young girl growing up in South Florida in the 1950's.The writing is superb. Each character will remain with you for a long time.If you liked The Glass Castle, The Secret Life of Bees, Zippy, Ellen Foster, etc. etc., you'll LOVE Guava Dreams.

5-0 out of 5 stars Guava Dreams:A Mesmerizing Journey
This is a book I couldn't leave. Kelly's unique voice and wit carried me on a mesmerizing journey through the gritty, mango-sticky, sweaty summers of childhood, through the fears and confusions, and the soaring exaltations. It is a sharply real taste of growing up, in a world totally unique, a world that is lost to us now. ... Read more

Dreams. Renny Piccione had dreams—not the usual ones, but erotic ones that left her aching with desire for the man who haunted them, the perfect lover she knew only as Raven. Dreams so real she doubted her sanity as, night after night, he called her to him with a summons she couldn’t have refused even if she’d wanted to.Exhausted and afraid, Renny sought help, hoping to find answers from a psychologist who specialized in the study of dreams. Perhaps those answers would help to ease this painful need for a man who didn’t exist.
Dr. Greydon Corvo knew who she was, of course. He’d awaited her arrival for longer than he could recall. She was more than his sexual desires made flesh—she was his destiny.Grey had dreams too, dreams in which Renny offered him a passion unlike any he could have imagined. They were on path destined for them by events beyond their control, fueled by the heat of their need for each other—a sensual and passionate course steered by the hand of time.

Product Description
Mystery author Maggie Kelly had enough on her mind wondering how she was going to keep her fictional Regency Era creation from dropping to one knee with a marriage proposal. Then a murderer crosses the foul line--way too close to home...

Another day, another crime scene.

Maggie wouldn't mind putting a little distance between herself and the hunky Regency hero of her novels, Alexandre Blake, the Viscount Saint Just, who has miraculously come to life with talk of sweeping her straight down the aisle. But now that her parents have split up, Maggie is having trouble resisting Alex's tender loving care. So she invites him along to visit her family. Unfortunately, they arrive just in time to watch her father being taken away in handcuffs as a murder suspect!

Thank goodness she has her very own romance hero.

The local police are convinced Evan Kelly has killed his bowling buddy, who happened to be having an affair with Maggie's mom. It doesn't help that Evan's bowling ball was found next to the dead body. Her dad may have had motive, but Maggie knows he's definitely no killer. Luckily, she has Alex riding to the rescue--and making her wonder if a happily ever after might not be out of her league after all... ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Maggie, Saint Just, Sterling #6 - The end?
This, sadly, is the last book in the series. That being said, it is also the most revealing and hysterical.

Maggie wins big at the Casino, is stalked by a demented 42 year old. Maggie's father is accused of murder - sweet mild mannered Evan? - and Maggie and Saint Just set out to clear his name.

Sterling and Alex discover that they are becoming more human.Every day.

Maggie stands up to her Mom (at last). And there is, folks, a happy ending.

Admittedly, I enjoy Kasey Michael's sense of humor - the author "asides" are hilarious!!!

This was an extremely fun read and the end of a series - Darn it!!!!!!!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars BOWLED OVER(MAGIE KELLY MYSTERIES
I LIKE THESE MYSTERIES AS EACH ONE IS DIFFERENT BUT ALSO GIVES THE HEROINE A LIFE AND THAT IS FUN.

5-0 out of 5 stars Bowled Over
I cannot believe that Kensington is ending this series!!! I really love the quirky and whimsical humor and it is so wonderful to read the banter between the characters.I am hoping that even though Kasey Michaels gave a satisfying conclusion that the publishers will realize their mistake and bring this series back.Ms Michaels left enough of an out to resurrect the line if Kensington will reconsider.

4-0 out of 5 stars Over the top
Bowled Over is entertaining.However...

In High Heels and Holidays, they met Lt. Wendell's new girlfriend -- Christine.

When the same girlfriend is referenced here (clearly the same, given her occupation and some other circumstantial evidence), her name is Caroline.

That disposes of the nit.

What threw me out of the "reader's trance" much more sharply was the W.B.B. club.It struck me as so unlikely as to be over the top, particularly when combined with Bodkin's relationship with Maggie's mother and both her sisters.Overkill, alas.

5-0 out of 5 stars Another addition to a super series

Bowled Over is the sixth in the delightful Maggie Kelly series (and sadly, it is INDEED THE LAST!). Michaels is the author of over 100 books, some historical and contemporary romances, and the Maggie Kelly/Viscount Saint Just mysteries.

Struggling romance author Maggie Kelly lives in New York. She decides she needs a change and combines the Regency era setting with mystery, and invents the luscious Viscount Saint Just-a true gentleman who dazzles the ladies and solves mysteries with the help of his sidekick, Sterling Balder. Life is good-the books are successful, and then suddenly one day Alexandre Blake, Viscount Saint Just, and his sidekick Sterling POOF! just appear in her apartment. (The first in the series, Maggie Needs an Alibi). In this sixth book the trio is adapting to life in the present day, and while she is house hunting with the guys, she trips and breaks a bone in her foot.

Now she must go home to New Jersey in a cast for the dreaded Christmas visit. Her father, Evan Kelly, is being arrested for murder as the trio arrives at his bachelor apartment (her parents are recently estranged). Despite her difficult relationship with her dysfunctional family, Maggie and Alex are on the case, trying to figure out why her father would want to kill his bowling team buddy Walter Bodkin-and who else might have had a motive. As it turns out, quite a few people did as Walter was rather a lothario, with a new woman every few weeks! A club had even been formed, sort of a support group, of all of Walter's discarded loves. Maggie learns more than she can handle about her family, but with Alex's help, she is able to hobble on her walker through it all.

You can imagine how hard it must be for a Regency era gentleman to adapt to modern life in New York and the liberated women-and the misconceptions and adjustments are truly hysterical. All the books in the series are delightful; it helps to read them in order as the characters develop and change.

5-0 out of 5 stars A sexy CIA operative and the one woman who can claim his heart?
Jack is under cover, continuing his life of lies in hopes of toppling a drug cartel. Caroline is the wife of a powerful man who abuses his authority, as well as his spouse. Their lives collide in a struggle for life and death, and a love that could change them both forever.

Kelly Abell does a wonderful job of spinning a tale about a hero not looking for love, who finds it anyway. And though I was afraid Caroline would fall into the trite abused heroine category, she instead was a perfect match for the tough as nails Jack. This story was well-written, and moved at a pleasing pace. If you are looking for contemporary romance with a sultry edge, this one is for you!

5-0 out of 5 stars Action-packed and a 'must-read'!
I loved this book!
I loved it from the second it opened with a nude man standing out on the balcony.Jack Weaver is the type of hero women all dream about running into in their lives, and his relationship with Caroline is perfect.I'm not about to divulge any spoilers in a review, but this is an action-packed book with characters you relate to.And the ending, quite simply made me say, "cool!".
I definitely recommend Sealed in Lies and I'm on my way to Haunted Destiny now!

5-0 out of 5 stars A great Thriller
This book was very well written. The author was able to capture my imagination from the very first page to the very nail biting last. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a good thriller. The main characters Jack and Caroline are thrown together quite by accident and the author makes you feel the rollercoaster of emotions that they must traverse through. An excellent read!
