Excellent source for setting-up model powerboats
I particularly appreciated the excellent information on how to set-up each type of hull (Vee hulls, catamarans, and hydros/outriggers). Essential if you want to build a model boat and enjoy it without struggling with many handling problems. Also a good source if you want to optimize or modify your "Ready-To-Run" powerboat model to get more speed.
Thanks to this book I started with the easyest type of hull, and after 6 months of joy I am builing a tunnel hull. Without the book I probably would have abandoned the hobby, frustrated with a boat flipping over at every turn, or taking off on the straights.

starts out telling about one type of boat, in the middle of details, goes to another type, hard to understand about the type of boat. save your money, buy something esle.

Heartwrenching, fantastic.
I was putting up a graphic novel display in our library when I sat this one up. Immediately I took it back down and home with me. I was late for an appointment because I had to finish this. It's beautiful, sad, and epic. Truly the last word in the life of Captain America, the hero everyone loved, even those who didn't. It shows both sides of the coin... old friends who had become enemies, those who have always been by his side. Even a couple newer faces are part of the process, such as in life.
I'm not a graphic novel reader by trade. I know some of the main storylines, but this piece does an amazing job of filling readers in without reinventing the wheel. I was so incredibly impressed.

Grieving- He really is gone yet his spirit is still here
These aren't the same comics I knew for 30 years.
Captain America has always been my hero, truly the spirit and promise of America.In the years I've known him, the world has changed so much and as a mirror of our world so have the comics.There's not a lot to laugh about in this book (the old concept of comics), but it is a comic book written for the finest reasons.
When the first graphic novels came out, they were stand alone, pivotal works of art, graphics and writing.Now nearly every comic is pivotal and they are packaged to tell one story from one hero's viewpoint.
This amazing book explains then shows the grief process and how each hero handled it. This was personal, with so many of the heroes I've known for years. It helped me so very much, though I had a ways to go yet.Yet it was a start, an important step I had to take.
If I had just stayed with the 'Death of Captain America' volumes, I'm sure I would have just gotten sick of the politics, the secrets and the typical double dealing that seems so prevalent in this world.
This one reminded me of the people behind those 'costumes' that made Marvel so attractive to me all those years ago and continues, greatly enhanced, to this day. ... Read more

Radio Control BOAT MODELING
There is no pretense to be expert on the types of model boats included in this book. My area of learning/expertise is radio control sailboats, and the book "Radio Control Boat Modeling" is primarily about building and maintaining model power boats.The emphasis is almost totally on the modeling, and if that is where you interest and developing skills are taking you..this is a well written book.
