Good book for starters
Easy to read with quite a number of colored pictures for you enjoyment. This is not a picture book but a pithy biography book. But will be shied by My Story My Dream. Of course, buy it if you are a completist, it's not a bad read after all :o)

Simple and succinct
Very short biography on Céline Dion, succinct and concisely put. Suitable for a person interested on the brief history of one great singer, but not so for a fan. I would recommend the Official Biogaphy or My Story, My Dream for someone who wants to learn more about Céline Dion. There are a few pictures printed on glossy paper, but I feel are too small. The quality of the paper is mediocre and ages have yellowed my book. It is not quite pleasant. But generally, quite a smooth and memorable read.

Celine has a very interesting life.Everyone should read!!
Celine lives in my town and she came to my school. It was amazing!

The life of a singing angel
This book is one of the best that I have ever read. As a dedicated Celine fan I loved this book. It took you from the very beginings of her life as a young child in a house with 14 brothers and sisters,all the way through toher rise to the top. A must have for any Celine fan out there wanting toknow some great imformation about this singing angels life.

If you can read French and like Celine, this is the best!
This is an excellent biography of the pop diva. It also includes bioinformation about her husband and about their incredible romance. She hascome a long way since she started singing at the age of 12; this bookchronicles how she did it and who she met along the way. It's aninteresting read if you're a fan, but it's also interesting if you'd liketo know how someone gets from nowhere to a top pop icon. Nice writingstyle.

A well-written chronicle of Celine Dion's rise to fame, including tales ofher earliest appearances, her recent top-selling tour, and her experiencesin Hollywood. This is an inside look at Dion, who is at once fascinatingand simple. Her intense love affair with husband Rene Angelil is told fromboth sides--his and hers. And it provides a blinding flash of the obvious:they are soulmates. The book is written by a Quebecois writer who wasallowed to travel and live with the singer and her entourage. He tellsabout her days-long silences to preserve her voice, family squabbles, andthe everyday pressures of being on tour. This is the first authorised book about Celine Dion.All others, including the extremely cheesy and untrue "Behind the Fairytale" are not worth your money.This is a wonderful book and it is currently being translated into English. If you can read French, though, you should definetely get this version.Georges-Hebert Germain is a very gifted writer and each chapter flips between a scene from when he was touring with her last year to a gradual, chapter by chapter biography of Celine and her husband Rene.I definetely recommend this book. ...
