Excerpt: Kevin Jack Ngan v The Queen is a decision of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, which was handed down on December 13, 2007. The decision held that evidence of a crime discovered incidental to an inventory search of a car involved in an accident was admissible in court. The court considered the scope and application of Section 21 of the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 (BORA), regarding the right to be free of unreasonable search and seizure. Sitting on the bench were Chief Justice Sian Elias, and Justices Peter Blanchard, Andrew Tipping, John McGrath and Noel Anderson. The judgement was unanimous with the reasons of Justices Elias, Blanchard and Anderson given by Justice Blanchard. Justice Tipping gave his own concurring judgement, and Justice Mcgrath agreed with the result but employed a different line of reasoning. Kevin Ngan crashed while speeding near Marton late on Waitangi Day in 2005. Mr Ngan was rescued and taken to hospital. The police officer in charge of the scene began the process of securing the vehicle. There was a large amount of cash scattered in and around the vehicle as well as an open case containing a computer and a soft sunglasses case. When the sunglasses case was opened it was discovered to contain, in addition more cash, a quantity of methamphetamine and LSD. At trial, the officer explained that the pouch had not been opened because he suspected the presence of drugs, although the large amount of cash may have caused him to suspect that its source was from drug sales, but rather, in order to make an inventory search for the safe keeping of Mr Ngan's property. motivational but save your money and rent
This is a great motivational book with alot of the industries top stylists giving their personal advice/opinions....However they all pretty much said the same thing. There's no real secrets being revealed. Basically to make it in the hair industry you gotta work hard, have goals etc. Typical things for any one to be successful. Love my Clié and love this book
Goes beyond the manual.I have had my TH55 for a couple of years and am still learning what it can do.Most of us just do the minimum with electronic devices--a need to know basis.But this gave me a lot of ideas to more thoroughly utilize my beloved PDA and a spare resource manual.Me? I don't want a cell phone that does it all.Maybe that will change in a few years but for now my Clié is my mostest, favoritist electronic gadget and this book secured its First Place.

Its a book
Save your money. This book did't teach me anything about PDA's. That I don't already know. You will be fine reading the info in the Book that comes with the PDA. All the basic stuff thats in the guide book that comes with your PDA is in this book. So I don't know why this was written. I was hoping to get some interesting info and get more use out of my PDA. But everything it covers I already know. If you dont have a guide book for your PDA that usually comes with the PDA than by all means get this book. Other than that it was useless to me.

fairly good in covering many Clie models, But
This book is outdated. It doesn't contain any info regarding to the newest Clie model UX-50. It didn't even address any of the following: 1)AIM, Yahoo Messenger, ICQ, and the everyday applications. 2) a few Clie models have built-in camera, and specifically, UX-50 supports video recording, but does the camera work as a webcam? 3)If Yahoo Messeger does work with Clie, will the built-in microphone functions like the microphone headset for voice chatting? 4)The Jabra bluetooth headset by Sony is supported by many bluetooth devices, such as cellphone(Sony Ericsson, Nokia, etc.), Pc, Mac(in ichat), but what about Clie with bluetooth capabilities? 5)In the section where, it talked about making your own tunes in Midi format, but it didn't tell you that you can transfer into your cellphone (t616, etc.)to use it as a ringtone, also you can download pictures from the internet and shrink it down to the right size with photoshop(288x352 in jpeg format), then transfer it to your cellphone to use it as a wallpaper. ...
