He has appeared in at least 32 films, several of them foreign films (he speaks three languages). He is also an artist, photographer, musician and poet. A mark of a great actor (to this writer) is to be an ensemble player, who plays the role as it relates to the film as a whole. Viggo is that ensemble actor and a chameleon, who inhabits his role entirely and can be unrecognizable from film to film character wise (and sometimes physically). Viggo seems to be more of an "actors' actor" and less a "star", (where a film is nearly always a vehicle for the big name actors image and personality).
