Extractions: When I started my search for an internet site giving information about Abelard and Heloise, I never expected to find the perfect example of how the internet can be just as detrimental to the scholar as it is helpful. Although the internet is an ever-expanding resource, it cannot be forgotten that some sites have little academic value, and this is best exemplified bt the site I found. I did consider placing it in the 'Fun Medieval Sites' section but I think that Melissa Snell actually takes herself seriously! I should have known from the very first line, maybe even from the title, that this site was not quite the academic level that I was trying to find in my search, but 'A Medieval Love Story: True-Life Romance in the 12th Century', especially in relation to Abelard and Heloise was too appealing (or was that appauling?!).

My Composition recital will be held this coming sunday, at 2pm, PNC Bank Recital Hall, Duquesne U.... so soon and yet so darn.. man it's too soon. I guess you can say that I'm half and half about the concert seeing how I've lost so much sleep over the past couple weeks, trying to finish up parts, scores, and organizing the stage/sound with Jason, as well as dealing with rehersals. I now know why so many composers go insane, after writing string music. It is impossible to find a violist in this city, or at least one who has enough time to work with you on music. It was bad enough that by scrapping the viola, my string quintet has been reduced to 2 violins a cello and bass (we're calling the group The Frugal Quintet). Now, in the last week of available practice time, the violinists are constantly a trial to work with. This sunday, being hell due to a recent nightmare and the DaylightSavings Time phenomena, the rehersal scheduled for 2pm didnt happen till 2:45, at which point both violinists walked out, and I had to play their parts on piano while Marlo(bass) and Anne(cello) did their best to rehearse... due to the stress, the actal musical feeling, and this month of confused and strained emotions, I have finally entitled the peice

The aphrodisiac of the Santa Cruz forrest awakened my senses as I "tested" the waters of the daily driven blissful hatch. The hypnotic beats of house music coupled with a tuned piece of machinery and the serene environment got my juices flowing! When I got home JT immediately called informing me that he played hookie at work to work on my car, thus I best be bustin' ass to get over there ASAP. Eight hours of cleaning, painting, polishing etc. followed the memorable event of shaving JT's head...yes that's right he has joined the club! My car is almost ready to show so watch out June 9th cause we are gonna bust out tiiite.

Some of my best writing comes when I feed off my depression. Unfortunately I don't have an internal indicator that I am tired. I don't live on any sort of am/pm schedule either. I go to sleep when I look at the clock and deduce I am operating in slow motion. wiccawillow Usually I eat or just want to be on my own. Unfortunately this is a common problem 4 me cos I have S.A.D (the initials are apt!) (Seasonal Affected Disorder) which means that in the winter I don't receive enough vitamin E from the sun and so I get really tired, irritable and depressed. To combat this however I have a sun lamp from my doctor to shine on my face for a couple of hours. K to Wiccawillow - 11/30/00 7:39 AM I've figured I have SAD since I heard of it. My doctor says I'm low on vitamin E, though I eat E supplements. Worse, though I crave sunlight, I keep staying up till sunrise. I'd been up for a couple days. When I just woke up I was depressed to find that I'd slept 24 hours. I turned on the TV and was so happy to find that the news was morning news. I have a huge christmas gift production agenda today.

"Also, what real estate organizations/brokers/agents would you suggest I speak with about these areas of Brooklyn in particular? For East New York and Brownsville, are there ways other than through real estate agents to find listings (I'm not having much luck through newspaper and on-line sources)? " From your Guide: "In terms of non-broker resources, it sounds as if you're doing what I'd suggest to you, which is online and community/citywide newspaper resources. Lower Manhattan access, being the first place most Brooklyn subways make their first Manhattan landfall, should not be a problem.

For our goth pals, it's simply the day to be themselves to the max and revel in it. For others, it's a major club night, with a view to elaborate costumery and competition for outrageousness at monster balls. Let's talk kids, first: FrightFest at Six Flags Astroworld has its own site this year. UPN-Channel 20 has a very nice Halloween KidZone site, with tons of good stuff. A cool kid-rated website is The Online House of Really Weird Scary Stuff - educational and still grotesque! Lots of Houston kids will be involved in the Trick'or'Treat for UNICEF effort as well.

Extractions: Top 5 Portable Toilets Guide Picks The purchase of a portable toilet has been considered by many IBS and IBDers frustrated with their inability to go very far from home. These items are not only handy for camping, fishing, or hunting, but also for long car trips, Rennaissance festivals, State Fairs, or anywhere else amenities may be unavailable or unclean. For my top picks I considered portability and ease of use. Reliance Hassock Portable Toilet This ingenious, but relatively expensive potty folds up to the size of a briefcase and weighs 7 pounds. It does require the use of WAG Bag kits (3 come with it). Every WAG kit comes with a waste bag, storage zip bag, toilet paper, and hand sanitizer. The waste bags include Pooh Powder which "quickly turns waste into a stable gel for easy transport and safe disposal".
