Our plans are to take the trip with their high school graduating class of 2006 French III class. Therefore students will need to investigate the schedule for Mardi Gras for the year 2006. Students will need to make travel plans, accommodation plans (for four nights), and meal plans. They will need to check the time zones so they can call home to tell their parents of their adventures, and then they will need to copy a recipe to cook once home, but they must increase the recipe by 1½!
