The state board is composed of 13 members. By law, at least three members of the state board must be women and no two members may be appointed from the same county. Reed, to the prestigious Presidents Leadership Group, a body of higher education presidents and chancellors who have declared their commitment to student substance abuse prevention. He has been involved extensively in teacher preparation reform.
